Terms of Service

Hezaro1 is a bilingual children’s storybook service. It offers original Persian/English stories, narrated audio, and a small set of family-management tools (per-child profiles, vocabulary tracking, a weekly digest for the parent). The product is delivered as a website at pardis.app and is intended for use by a parent reading with a child, or by a child reading independently within the chrome of their parent’s account.

Hezaro1 is nota substitute for a teacher, a tutor, or a medical / educational professional. See “Disclaimers” below.

• One parent per family.A single parent (or guardian) holds the account; child profiles live inside it. We do not currently support co-parent accounts — if you need shared access, contact us and we will work with you in the interim.
• Accurate information. You agree that the email and name on the account are truthful, and that the children you add to the account are children for whom you have parental responsibility.
• Account security. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, tell us via the contact below and reset your credentials.
• Acceptable use.Use Hezaro1 for personal, household, non-commercial purposes. Don’t scrape, redistribute, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

The stories, illustrations, narration audio, and other creative output shown inside Hezaro1 are owned by Hezaro1 (or licensed to Hezaro1 by the original author or illustrator). While your account is active, we license this content to your family for personal, non-commercial use inside the product.

You may read aloud, share quietly within the household, and screenshot pages for personal reference. You may not republish stories on social media or other platforms, sell or relicense them, or use them to train a machine-learning model.

Pending legal review: attribution requirements, fair-use carve-outs, and the precise list of permitted personal-use cases need counsel review.

Hezaro1 is currently free during early access. When paid plans launch, this section will spell out billing cycles, refund policy, taxes, plan changes, and the notice period before any price change.

Pending legal review: billing terms are not yet drafted. We will publish them and re-prompt for acceptance before charging anyone.

You can delete your account at any time. Once tooling lands this is self-service from the dashboard; until then we honour the request manually within a reasonable window of receiving it. Deletion removes your parent account and the associated child profiles, reading events, and vocabulary records.

We can suspend or terminate accountsthat abuse the service — for example, repeated attempts to scrape content, abuse of other users, or violations of applicable law. We’ll tell you why, and where the situation allows, we’ll give you a chance to fix it first.

Hezaro1 is provided as-is for educational and entertainment purposes. Story content is original creative work and is not professional advice (educational, medical, psychological, or otherwise).

We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. We do our best, but software has bugs and stories have typos.

Pending legal review: the limitation-of-liability and warranty- disclaimer language must be drafted by counsel in line with the jurisdictions we ship to.

Pending legal review:governing-law and dispute-resolution clauses will be drafted by counsel. The shape we’re considering: a consumer-friendly clause that defers to the user’s home jurisdiction where local law requires it, with a fallback to our registered entity’s jurisdiction otherwise.

We’ll update this page when the terms change. For material changes — for example, the introduction of paid plans, or any change that meaningfully expands what you grant us — we’ll re-prompt you to accept inside the dashboard before the new terms apply to your account.
